Edgar Landas is the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS). Before MOCS, he was a Tech Solutions Manager at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Tech + Innovation (MOTI) where he advised and consulted for City agencies on high-priority tech projects and initiatives. Throughout his career, Edgar has focused on innovating public sector IT, especially when he joined the City in 2013. In 2017, Edgar earned his MS in Technology Management from New York University.
