Erica Deahl is a UX designer who believes in design as a tool for social change. Erica is currently a principal designer at Khan Academy. Previously, as a UX design lead at 18F, she helped federal agencies leverage user-centered design to respond to some of the most pressing needs of the American people. She also served as Senior Designer at Hillary for America, worked with MIT’s Civic Data Design Lab to develop data literacy curricula for high schools, and was a senior designer at 2×4 in NYC.
