Huw’s main interest is creation of lower-impact and higher-quality energy and food systems. He is currently working on an MBA at the University of Oxford. Before this, he spent 6 years contributing to the low-carbon energy transition, including the founding of a renewable energy consultancy. Huw is now focusing on the development of the Clean Meat sector and the ‘meat transition’.
Huw loves to help new entrepreneurs and has previously co-founded a leading startup incubator in Romania.
