Joy holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and several professional certifications. In her career, Joy has lead software development teams, developed applications, and administered networks for global companies.
In 2008, Joy decided to move into technical training to assist people with technology. Now, at Mosaic Presence, Joy delivers software development training with a mobile focus.
