Leslie Henry is a Vice President at Bank of America and has been with the bank since 2003. She is PMP certified and has been in various roles throughout her career within IT project and process management. Leslie is also an award winning Diversity and Inclusion leader at Bank of America who has served as co-chair for the Bank’s LGBT Employee network in Chicago and now serves as an Advisor to the Bank’s new chapters. She is also active at the Enterprise level for LGBT Pride.
In the past, Leslie has served on the Boards of Girls in the Game and The Victory Fund. Leslie is an active volunteer in her community. She currently serves as a co-chair for Lambda Legal’s Women’s Diversity Council and is actively involved in her Church and Café Pride serving homeless LGBT youth.
In her down time, Leslie is an active biker, swimmer and photographer. She enjoys spending time with her wife and dog, and loves to read. Leslie and Jennifer live in Chicago and have one dog, Faith.
