Nicole Thomas is a dynamic speaker, trainer and facilitator with emphasis in community organizing. She worked in legislative advocacy as Northeast Coordinator with Equality Ohio, a statewide LGBTQ advocacy organization. In 2015, Nicole became a co-founder of Hack Cleveland, a community group that focuses on advancing social justice through technology. She is currently Director of Community Organizing at New Voices for Reproductive Justice.
