Noel helps aspiring web development and data science students launch their careers through Thinkful. Driven by a personal understanding of the challenges faced by queer people of color in tech, Noel’s work has focused on crafting scholarship opportunities for underrepresented groups so that they may pursue a quality, career-oriented programming education.
Noel is based in Los Angeles, but is often in New York and Berlin participating in tech conferences and hackathons that promote inclusivity.
